This website is for use solely by responsible adults over the age of 18 (or the age of consent in the jurisdiction from which it is being accessed). The materials which are available within this site may include graphic depictions and descriptions of nudity and wild or extreme sexual activity and may NOT be accessed by anyone who is younger than 18 years old. Visiting this website if you are under 18 years of age may be prohibited by federal, state or local laws. By using this website, you agree to the general terms and conditions stated here.

Refund Policy

Digital products are great! As a consumer, you have the convenience of immediate delivery and immediate use. No browsing through the book store and embarrassment of clerks perusing the subject matter you're buying. No postal or shipping waits or delays. No warehouse backorders. Because of this immediate and non-tangible nature of the product form and delivery, White Productions does not offer refunds or exchanges because there is no physical product to return. There is NO REFUND if the item is received by a successful download. If you have a download problem or need help viewing or using our products, we'll help you as much as possible. Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party hardware or software (eReaders, plug-ins, add-ons, eReader modules, scripts, extensions etc). We don't guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs or hardware and we do not provide support for third-party applications or hardware.

Download and unzipping issues: it may happen that you have problems while downloading the product or unzipping the files. Claims regarding such issues must be submitted to the email address above within 7 days. If you do not properly contact us during this period, we will construe silence as a successful download of the product with no further right of redress or refund for a "download issue" reason. If the server logs show that a download was not completed, we'll be happy to provide you with another valid link to try to successfully download the files you purchased. Or we'll be happy to email you the purchased file in the format specified by you. If the zip files in question are tested on the server and found to be proper and functional, no further consideration will be given. We'll be happy to offer suggestions to help you overcome the problem, but you must have at least the minimum technical knowledge for downloading and unzipping the files. We can provide the file to you in a non-zipped format if you request such assistance to the email address above.

Please note: White Productions Store only supports our products and not the application in which they are being used. We do not support Microsoft, Adobe or any other products, eReader hardware, scripts, extensions, plugins or programs. Please see their respective help areas for application support.

Also, because of the growing abuse of credit and debit cards we have the following policy: If a chargeback is filed against any purchase that can be shown to be unjustified, the customer is responsible for reimbursement to us for any non-refundable chargeback charges incurred by us on downloaded products.

Product not-as-described:Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored. Sample products are available for evaluation purpose at our free samples pages.
